Our shared purpose is to help you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom and create lasting wellbeing from the inside out. Each of us brings a unique combination of skill, intuition, and lived experience, grounded in compassion and professionalism. While Spinal Flow is the modality that connects us, what unites us most deeply is the way we listen. To the body, to emotion, and to what each moment asks for. We meet you as a whole person, not a set of symptoms, and we walk beside you as you return to balance, confidence, and a renewed sense of self.
Our Approach
We believe that healing begins with safety, connection, and trust. Our approach is gentle yet deeply intentional, honouring the body’s natural intelligence and the pace at which it is ready to release and restore. Each practitioner brings their own background in bodywork, movement, energy, and holistic care, yet we share a commitment to integrity, compassion, and presence in every session.
We value collaboration over competition and authenticity over appearance. Working as a collective allows us to share wisdom, strengthen our practice, and create a supportive environment for both clients and practitioners. At the heart of it all is our belief that every person has the capacity to heal when given the right conditions, such as safety, understanding, and space to simply be.
WORK WITH US INDIVIDUALLY
Each of us brings a unique blend of skill, experience, and presence to our practice. When you work with one of us individually, you receive care that is personal, intuitive, and attuned to your specific needs. Some sessions may focus more on physical release, while others invite emotional or energetic balance, depending on what your body is asking for in that moment.
Though our styles and backgrounds vary, we share a common foundation. Belief in your body’s capacity to heal and a commitment to holding space that feels safe, grounded, and genuine. Whichever practitioner you choose, you’ll be met with the same warmth, integrity, and respect for your healing journey.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. While each of us works independently, we come together to share knowledge, support one another, and create experiences that go beyond what any one of us could offer alone. Through workshops, community events, and shared learning, we weave our different strengths into a single, grounded approach to wellbeing.

Jen brings warmth, strength, and empathy to her work, creating a safe space for clients to release what they have been holding for too long. Drawing on her experience in Spinal Flow, 9D Breathwork, and wellbeing support, she helps people find clarity and peace through the body’s natural intelligence.
Her approach is both practical and compassionate, meeting clients exactly where they are. Jen’s gift lies in helping others reclaim their joy and confidence, rediscovering what it feels like to move freely and live without masks.

Many of my clients are strong on the outside but tired underneath, holding years of emotion or stress. I support them to find freedom through Spinal Flow, breathwork, and compassion, so they can finally feel peace in their body and joy in their life again.

Through gentle guidance and body awareness, I help them return to themselves, grounded and free to move from their own truth.
