Awaken Gateway
Located at the top of the spine, the Awaken Gateway connects to clarity, purpose, and higher thinking. Blockages here may show up as headaches, migraines, brain fog, dizziness, or difficulty concentrating. Emotionally, you may feel stuck, disconnected, or lacking direction. Releasing this gateway brings mental clarity and renewed insight.
Pause Gateway
The Pause Gateway at the base of the skull helps regulate rest, digestion, and calm. Physical symptoms of blockage can include sleep issues, jaw tension, neck pain, and chronic fatigue. Emotionally, it’s linked to anxiety, overthinking, and feeling overwhelmed. When this gateway opens, the body can finally slow down and rest.
Passion Gateway
Located in the cervical spine, the Passion Gateway governs expression, communication, and joy. Common issues include sore throats, thyroid imbalance, voice strain, or stiff shoulders. Emotionally, you might feel unable to speak up, people-please, or suppress your true self. Opening this space restores authentic expression and lightness.
Centre Gateway
Found in the thoracic spine, this gateway is linked to the heart, lungs, and mid-back. Physical signs of tension include asthma, chest pain, shallow breathing, or indigestion. Emotionally, you might feel like you're carrying the weight of the world or hiding your heart. Releasing this area opens you to connection, trust, and ease.

Power Gateway
Located in the lower thoracic and upper lumbar spine, the Power Gateway governs digestion, liver function, and energy levels. Blockages here can cause bloating, liver stagnation, food intolerances, or low vitality. You may feel frustrated, stuck, or powerless. Activation brings flow, confidence, and a renewed sense of strength.
Foundation Gateway
The Foundation Gateway sits in the lumbar spine and supports physical movement and structural stability. Signs of imbalance include lower back pain, menstrual issues, and fatigue. Emotionally, it relates to boundary issues, over-giving, and lack of support. When clear, this gateway helps you feel grounded, supported, and steady in your body and life.
Base Gateway
At the base of the spine, this gateway is your anchor to safety, survival, and belonging. Physical symptoms include sciatica, pelvic pain, constipation, or hip tightness. Emotionally, it may show up as fear, insecurity, or financial stress. Releasing the Base Gateway helps you feel safe, rooted, and at home in yourself.
